My Dealer Service gives customers real-time updates on the status of their vehicle while it is at a service department for repair via texts and/or emails. It also allows service writers to use their smart phone to take pictures of issues to send to the customer to assist in up-sell—turning a single-line repair order into a multi-line repair order. My Dealer Service allows the customer to rate their satisfaction at each step of service. If the survey is negative, the service manager would be notified and would allow them to address issues immediately and being responsive to the needs of a customer prior to the CSI survey.
